GRANT OF PROVISIONAL AFFILIATION

 

For grant of affiliation to new colleges and for renewal of annual affiliation to the existing colleges, inspection shall be conducted by the University Inspection Committee starting from 4th week of September, 2008. The inspection will be conducted based on the norms prescribed in the Statutes, taking into consideration the information submitted earlier to the University (in affiliation format) and the mandatory disclosure submitted to the AICTE and displayed on the college website. The inspection team would also establish the progress made by the affiliated colleges in respect of e-Governance in general and installation of CCTV cameras in examination halls.

The affiliated colleges are requested to update all information provided already to the University. The date and time of the inspection will be decided by the University on a ‘random’ basis and the colleges would be informed about 48 hrs prior to the inspection over phone / e-mail. The Colleges, that have not submitted the required information (in prescribed format for the year 2008-09) and have not deposited the required fees are hereby informed to submit the same within a period of 7 days (from the date of publication) for consideration of grant of affiliation for the year 2008-09.
