		To The Principals / Managements of all the constituent and affiliated colleges of BPUT
		In continuation to this office letter no. 5226 dated 20.09.2007 addressed to the Principals / Managements of all the constituent and affiliated colleges of BPUT, reminder is hereby given to all concerned that, all the examiners and supervisors will hence forth be paid through cheque. They are requested to open accounts with any branch of SBI / UCO bank having core banking system (ignore if already opened). They have to give their account numbers to the University officials at or before the time of claiming their bills. The amount of their bills will be credited to  their respective accounts with seven days of claim. Sd/- FINANCE OFFICER
