COUNSELLING –CUM-ADMISSION TEST FOR POST GRADUATE PROGRAMMES - 2007

 

 

As directed by the authorities of the University, the Non-GATE candidates who have applied for different Post Graduate Programmes (M.Tech/ M. Arch/ M. Pharm) of BPUT are hereby informed that they are required to appear an on-line test to be held on Saturday, September 29,2007 and Sunday, September 30,2007 at CET, Techno Campus, Ghatikia, Bhubaneswar. The detailed schedule of this test is notified in our website bput.org. All candidates those who have applied are hereby informed to visit our website to check the schedule of the on-line test. The GATE qualified candidates are exempt from appearing at the above tests.

 

 

The Counselling Process for all M.Tech / M. Arch Programmes will be held after completion of the on-line test on September 29, 2007.

 

 

For M. Pharm candidates, the Counselling Process will be spread over Monday, October 01, 2007 and the schedule of counseling will be notified along with the results of the on-line test in the evening of Sunday, September 30, 2007. All successful candidates from the on-line test and the GATE qualified candidates will be required to go through a counselling process for documents verification, interview and seat allocation. The candidates are required to bring the original documents for the counselling.

 

 

The candidates for admission into M.Tech in Plastic Engineering will be chosen on the basis of the All India Entrance Test conducted earlier by CIPET. Other candidates interested for taking admission to M.Tech in Plastic Engineering are required to go through only the Counselling Process, on September 30, 2007.

 

 

All the successful candidates for the Post Graduate programmes are required to report to the respective colleges on or before October 04, 2007 for completion of the admission process. The classes for the First Semester will commence from October 05, 2007.

 

 

This Counseling-cum-Admission process is subject to the outcome of the case WP(C) 9891/2007 pending before the Hon’ble High Court of Orissa.
