Sub: Admission against management seats and vacant seats (if any) at your college level 

Sir,

            I am to inform you to take necessary steps at your end for admission against management quota seats and vacant seats as per admission rules published as a press note in “The Samaj” dated 30.6.2005 and submit the documents for those candidates for verification and issue of BPUT Registration number. The branch-wise list of candidates may be submitted in both hard and soft copy and it should be in the order (i) JEE-2005 (ii) AIEEE-2005 (iii) CET-2005 for Engineering courses. Further you have to submit the following University fees per candidate: Rs.4,500/- for 4-year programme. For every candidate two sets of documents to be submitted for verification in the order:- Set-I: Original rank card, Xerox copy of HSC or equivalent certificate, Xerox copy of +2 mark-sheet,  Xerox copy of +2 pass certificate (if available), original CLC, original institution last attended certificate, OMR sheet (for non-JEE-2005, Orissa candidates) and other relevant documents if any; Set-II: Original HSC certificate, original +2 mark-sheet, original +2 pass certificate (if available) and other relevant original documents if any. After verification original documents in Set-II shall be returned. The venue of reporting is the Auditorium (1^st floor) of College of Agricultural Engineering, OUAT, Bhubaneswar and the exact schedule is at page 2 of this letter.  I would request you to depute two (maximum) official for the purpose. If any discrepancy is found at your level, please contact me immediately before admission at your college level. The details of seat position are as follows:
