Instructions for Admission to Special Batch of Engineering courses against vacant seats/additional seats (if any) for the session 2005-06.

1. The branch-wise list of candidates would be submitted in both hard and soft copy and it should be in the order (i) JEE-2005 (ii) AIEEE-2005 (iii) CET-2005, (iv) 10+2 passed candidates with a minimum of aggregate 50% marks in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics.
2. Submit the University Registration fees: Rs.4,500/-per candidate in favour of “BPUT”.
3. For every admitted candidate two sets of documents to be submitted for verification in the order:- Set-I: Original rank card (for JEE/AIEEE/CET candidates), Xerox copy of HSC or equivalent certificate, Xerox copy of +2 mark-sheet, Xerox copy of +2 pass certificate (if available), original CLC, original institution last attended certificate, OMR sheet (for non-JEE-2005, Orissa candidates) and other relevant documents if any; Set-II: Original HSC certificate, original +2 mark-sheet, original +2 pass certificate (if available) and other relevant original documents if any. After verification original documents in Set-II shall be returned.
4. The venue of reporting for verification and issuance of registration cards is the Conference Hall, OUAT, Bhubaneswar and the exact schedule is mentioned below. It is requested to depute two (maximum) official for the purpose.
5. If any discrepancy is found at your level, please contact me immediately before admission at your college level.
   

Time of reporting: 15 minute before the reporting time.
